The sculpture “untitled” from 2018 is a combination between a white monolith and a large kitchen cupboard. It has a grid which is made out of various blocks and layers. The work consists mainly of white HPL, a facade material that’s being used because of its industrial character. Sharp shaped handles are placed on the fronts. These handles have no function. The message of the letters “Deo Volente” (God willing) connect with the domestic environment in which a kitchen cupboard is usually found.
